Our Model of Care

From short-term rehab stays after surgery or hospital admission— to long term health care services, our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers led by interdisciplinary teams provide medical and personal care for those unable to manage independently. With facilities located in NC and VA, Principle LTC offers a broad range of services within our care centers to residents of many ages, from adult to geriatric. We start by evaluating all aspects that may affect the life experience of a particular resident including the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual components of care.
